About Dumb Love

Dumb Love is a podcast about the dumb things people do for love from comedians Jen O'Neill Smith and Sally Brooks. Each week Jen and Sally share real love stories; two quickies, usually about hilariously stupid criminals, one crazy and often murderous tale, and one inspiring true love story.

If you love true crime podcasts, but are also secretly a sucker for the best love stories of all time, you're in the right place. Dumb Love is a little bit of true crime and a whole lot of true love. New episodes every Monday here or wherever you listen to podcasts about love, murder, and all the stuff that happens in between.

Sally Brooks is a nationally touring stand-up comedian and writer whose personal stories of misadventure and fun-loving, smart-assed nature were honed in the back rooms of bars in Cincinnati, Ohio and now make her a favorite at the top clubs and colleges across the country. Her debut album, "Brooks Was Here" was released by Rooftop Comedy and debuted at the top of the iTunes Comedy charts. According to Pandora Radio "Sally Brooks unleashes a relentless wit on her debut album." The Laugh Button said she is "one of the hardest working comics in the business" and Axs.com called her a "rising star."

Sally has appeared on NBC's SeeSo, the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show, SIRIUS/XM and Audible's Limelight. She had a 2016 residency with the PIT Presents at the Peoples' Improv Theater in NYC and has been invited to perform at many festivals including Limestone, Laughing Skull, the New York Comedy Festival, Women in Comedy, and Gilda's LaughFest.
